Superbox HD

Superbox HD

The Superbox HD is the case erecting machine for use where high throughput of folding and taping boxes ready for packing and top taping is essential.

Working from a manually loaded magazine of 50-60 cardboard blanks (capacity upgradable to 120 blanks), the Superbox HD automatically opens, folds and bottom tapes boxes in one single process.

Operated from the simple to use control panel with 3.5” colour screen, boxes can be erected through a step cycle (where the user prompts the machine to perform each step of the process), or a pre-programmed loop cycle where the full process and box transfer (using side conveyor belts) is automatic and repeated a set number of times or until the magazine is depleted.

The Superbox HD’s folding and taping setups can be manually adjusted to different box shapes or sizes with precision, and up to 20 common shapes and sizes can be programmed to the system memory for fast recall and setup.

Consumers can also opt to upgrade the standard head to the HD head, allowing for the use of tape as narrow as 38mm.

Manupackaging UK offer 3-year parts and 1-year labour warranty on these machines.
