The Rotary is our top-level rotary arm machine, and ideal for businesses looking for maximum efficiency from their packaging lines, working best with our ATX film.
Machine wrapping offers advantages over hand wrapping such as optimised film consumption and secure application, with consistency and faster processing times. Offering superb ease of use through its 7” colour touchscreen display and simple interface; the Rotary features multi-level control technology, allowing the user to break the pallet load into 5 vertical layers and define individual tension, carriage and rotation speeds and pre-stretch for each, making it ideal for wrapping mixed-load pallets.
The Rotary also offers automatic clamping, cutting and film welding features, and with the PDS carriage installed as standard, a fixed-gear pre-stretch system ensures consistent 250% film pre-stretch throughout the wrapping process.
Up to 12 different profiles can be programmed in, saved to and recalled from the Rotary’s built-in memory.
